The GIZ Office-Jordan would like to procure the following:
“Procurement of Conference Systems – Supply and Installation”
This tender is addressed to local registered companies in Jordan. Interested Companies are requested to send an email of interest with subject “Tender no. 7000015821 – “Procurement of Conference Systems – Supply and Installation” to this email JO_Quotation@giz.de , latest by Wednesday 08.07.2026; clearly mentioning the tender number and subject.
Suppliers who send separate emails of interest but are registered under the same owner(s) will not be accepted.
Emails that are empty, do not specify the tender number and subject, or lack the company name will not be considered. Additionally, emails received after the deadline will not be accepted.
Tender documents will be provided to the eligible interested bidders (free of charge) after screening all e-mails of interest received.
GIZ reserves itself the right to select the companies for the shortlist. For procedural reasons, no information on the status of evaluation will be given pending the decision on concluding the shortlist, and we therefore ask you to refrain from making inquiries either in person, via e-mail or telephone. In such case, GIZ shall not be obliged to inform the disqualified bidders regarding their disqualification, the reason for being disqualified nor the name of other bidder(s) who have been shortlisted.
